Cindy is an accomplished visual communications and business leader with over thirty years of experience driving creative, strategic, and mission-focused outcomes for clients across National Security, Education, Public Health, Real Estate, and Community Services. She leads with a rare blend of artistic vision and operational discipline, aligning design excellence with business strategy to deliver measurable impact.
Cindy’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, integrity, and innovation. She is engaged in many aspects of SourceFly, from concept development and client relations to strategic planning and execution, ensuring each engagement reflects the company’s commitment to quality and performance. Her extensive partner network allows SourceFly to integrate advanced design tools and emerging technologies into tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of federal and commercial clients.
A proud member of an Air Force family, Cindy has called the DMV area home since earning her degree in Visual Communications from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys entertaining, traveling, antiquing, and spending time with her husband, two grown children, granddaughter, and their adopted cattle dogs, Bennie and Kate.
